Sidhu has been a dedicated barback and an invaluable member of the team at Fairgame Canary Wharf. His contributions, work ethic and enthusiasm have been unmatched. For over two and a half years he has taken on countless responsibilities, always going above and beyond his role to keep things running smoothly. Without him, many of us know the team would struggle.

Now Sidhu faces losing his place with us as his visa expires at the end of this month. His current salary falls just below the level required for sponsorship, but a promotion to Cellar Manager would not only match the work he already does, it would also allow Fairgame to sponsor his visa.
