Demolition of garages behind Onslow Road and shops to build a house which would drastically reduce our 

1.Parking 

2. Bin provision for residential and commercial 

3. Storage for provisions and supplies 

4. Unloading and loading space 

5. Delivery access 

Our business and your shops will immediately no longer be viable to operate and we would have to close which will impact the amenity and vibrancy of this area - each shop matters to each others survival !

WE NEED ALL 5 TO SURVIVE 

.... and the planning application is silent / unclear on how these needs will be sustained, which means there would be no commitment or expectation for them to be provided as part of the build...
