It is no secret that during bargaining the company is not budging on our Scope & we need to send a message that we will stand together to protect our jobs! In our current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), we are guaranteed 100% of all calls originating in the United States. This guarantees a need for Domestic Reservations Agents which also creates quality, Union covered jobs! If allowed, the Company will reduce our workgroup to only handle a percentage of our current work. If we lose any amount to offshoring, this will surely have a negative impact on our workgroup!”

It cannot be stressed enough the importance of saving our current Scope Language! We must stand together in support of our Bargaining Committee and each other!
