The Issue

I am a 50 year old grown adult and a resident of Alabama. I was born here and my voice along with countless other should matter to Governor Kay Ivey. This new vape law absolutely infringes on my rights as a citizen of the United States of America. Having it in 21 and over stores if perfectly fine with me but you went as far as taking away flavors........ You have no right to make decisions for those who are of age and can make decisions on their own. I petition for this law to be amended to allow flavored vapes. I don't care what personal preferences or bias the Governor or her cabinet may have about it, we have rights as the American people and she has taken those away. This is a matter that will go to a federal level. We are not asking for much. Just the flavors back. We can have safety, protect the young and make our own decisions at the same time. All the Alabama elected officials seem to do is take from us, yet fix nothing. The school systems are even worse and there is so much corruption in our  state as well as the lack of leadership to bring us up to date with these modern times, yet this is what you focus on. We as a people, of age, 21 and older, way older.... We matter and they do not make our decisions for us. We are only asking for the flavors back and the vapes we used to be able to get. Keep them in the 21 and over stores, that's fine. This state has crossed the line on our Rights as citizens even if it means taking this to a federal level. Take action now and help us amend this new law that went into effect on July 1st.
