We’ve been blown away by the responses to our national red squirrel survey – over 1,100 people have already shared their views.

Some early insights?

Over 95% say the Government must strengthen protections for red squirrel habitats
Almost everyone agrees that wildlife impact assessments should be mandatory before felling trees in red squirrel areas.

And the personal comments? Full of love, memory, and meaning. Red squirrels matter – deeply.
