We are informed the delay in progress is because original surveys they relied on in February were inadequate. Belatedly Star commissioned a new survey from a structural engineer . As a result and in conjunction with their architectural consultant a revised drawings package has been submitted to the local authorities conservation officer who is meeting the consultants on site tomorrow. 
As Community stakeholders we will continue to monitor the situation and keep pushing Star to progress with their proposals as quickly as possible.
