Dear Supporter,

Star pubs have failed to keep to the commitments they made. 
No work has started. 
An explanation is needed. 
We have therefore issued the following ultimatum to them :

“We remind you that The Cock Inn is a listed building in a Conservation Area. The structure is in urgent need of remedial renovation prior to Winter. A petition had been prepared in readiness for submission to a full council meeting of Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council(HBBC). Unless Star immediately undertakes the remedial works promised or presents a timetable of works, we will have no choice but to request that HBBC exercise its statutory powers of enforcement for the preservation of the building. 

We want to maintain our relationship with Star Pubs but feel we will have no choice but to present this petition if a lack of action continues.
