We, the parents and community members, strongly oppose the proposed budget cuts that would reduce hours or positions for our Parent Liaisons.

Parent Liaisons are vital  they connect families, especially Hispanic and disadvantaged communities, with our schools. They help parents understand important information, access resources, and feel welcome and involved in their children’s education.

Cutting their hours means cutting off support for the families who need it most. We urge the district to keep all Parent Liaisons at their current hours and positions. Our schools cannot thrive without them.
