Greetings everyone,
I hope you're all having a pleasant evening. I wanted to provide you with an update regarding the appeal.
We are currently in the final stages of preparing the appeal, and aim to have it completed by the end of this week. We have consulted with two different planning lawyers who have expressed confidence in our case and believe we have a strong chance of success. As a business, we believe that the appeals process will offer a more impartial and open-minded evaluation of the situation at Lime Lane.
The Maize maze has already been planted, and we have set the opening date for July 22nd. Throughout the summer holidays, we will be open every day and then operate on weekends until the October half term. We would greatly appreciate the support of as many of you as possible. The past nine to ten months have been incredibly challenging, with minimal business activity, as we tried to maintain a peaceful relationship with Gedling. However, we have reached a critical point where, if we delay or fail to advertise, our businesses will be forced to close.
One of our great supporters has also set up a GoFundMe page to help towards to appeals process. Any donations would be greatly appreciated and would go towards fighting this horrible situation we have been put in.
We as a family want to thank you all for the support you have shown and hope to continue bringing you some great activities like the maze, laser tag, outdoor cinema and loads more for years to come.
