Save our outdoor activity site on Lime Lane, Arnold

The Issue

We need your support!

We are asking you to sign our petition to help us stay open & continue to trade at Lime Lane, Arnold for the foreseeable future.

Due to some challenging circumstances, we are struggling to continue to operate at this site due to Gedling Borough Council Planning Department recommending our planning application for refusal.

We are a conscientious & eco-off grid site that has always tried to offer new and exciting activities since our beginning in 2015. We also offer provision for alternative education, of which you may be unaware, along with children’s basic outdoor learning skills plus much more.

We are looking for support from past and present customers, friends & family to help secure our business at Lime Lane Woods. We are a local family run business that has been on site at Lime Lane, Arnold for over 4 years and are currently looking for backing from anyone who has visited any of our activities or would like to visit us in the future. We run various leisure activities, from Laser Tag, Archery, axe throwing through to a Maize Maze and an outdoor cinema.

We really need the local community to get behind us to PROVE to Gedling Borough Council planning department/committee that we are an asset to the area by bringing additional jobs, income and tourism to the area by carrying out the events we run onsite.

Farmers are being encouraged by Local Government to diversify and in many cases this is a necessary change for them to survive. Lime Lane depicts the perfect combination for both farming and outdoor activities to work side by side.

We work alongside many businesses that are small and new like us, but we all look after each other. We truly enjoy being part of the local community and have endeavoured to help integrate fully with residents and the community and can hand on heart say that along the way have made some great steadfast friends.

It is looking  likely this site will have to close within the next month due to planning if we can't convince the local council otherwise!!

Please help us stay at Lime Lane for the foreseeable future and sign our petition to show support for us and help us stay open and continue to provide fun and family-oriented events and activities going forward.

Many thanks for your support!
