The petition remains open and continues to attract signatures.

Updates will follow if and when we get a response from the BBC, but we are hopeful that longwave will not be switched off at the end of this month as originally feared, even if the Radio Tele-Switch signal is withdrawn. Meanwhile, the campaign goes on!
