Tomorrow, 6th September, marks the 89th anniversary of longwave transmissions from Droitwich. Thank you for signing the petition to help keep this iconic and much-valued transmission going!

To celebrate the occasion, please consider what you could still do to help our cause:

1. Contact the BBC - use their online form or send a letter to the address given on their website, https://www.bbc.co.uk/contact/comments It doesn't have to be a long comment - if 1000 of us simply said 'please keep Radio 4 on longwave' that would send a powerful message in itself. Some of you have left some very good comments on the website already, so please do share these with the BBC too.
