Please note the DA for what we have been calling Proposed Lot 101 (in line with the sales advert) is listed as 260 Francis Road DA/2024/4413.

Our Council is notably concerned about further destruction of core koala habitat areas (KHAs) and has requested a response from the developer regarding the following points:

• the creation of new boundary lines gives rights to clear NJKHT's as Exempt Development; and

• the internal road connection to Todds Road will require the removal of NJKHT's in the Todds Road reserve; and

• it has not been demonstrated that the proposed Stormwater Detention basin will not result in the eventual death (die-back) of NJKHT's due to root disturbance and the changes to the land hydrology; and

• the impact of the internal road on the Tree Protection Zone of trees located on adjoining land to the west.
