We have amazing news!!!

And its all thanks to you and your support! 

You have done an amazing job and we thank you all! Our court case was due this week, we honestly thought there would be a delay. Our supporters have spoken and you were heard.

We waited until this petition reached 1,500 signatures and then we tagged Sheffield council as well as local politicians and press to Sheffield and also Bishop Auckland to let them know that we were here and we had something to say about our charity from the people who know us the best!

We got the news the court case has been dropped and we are safe and more able to get back to opening more new shops in new locations and hopefully wake some of our sleeping shops like Bishop Auckland and return to towns where we have been before. They slowed us down but they did not stop us (as moving books is expensive) and its thanks to the people like you who signed our petition, the over 10,000 followers and 9,000 page likes on Facebook and all the news articles over the years saying who we are and what we do and how much we mean to our local communities.

Awareness and spreading awareness of what we do and what our bookshops means to you makes such a huge difference. With knowledge anything is possible.

We are really grateful that Sheffield dropped the case and hopefully one day we will be asked to come back to Sheffield and when we do we will shout it from the rooftops and say we are here and we are back! Well done everyone and thank you.
