Following the recent announcement of the closure of the YMCA fitness centre in Crouch End in April 23, the members and local community would like to start a petition to retain this amazing community facility.

The fitness centre has been part of the heart of Crouch End for many years. It brings together a diverse group of local individuals who use this space for their health, wellbeing and a huge sense community.  

There are many long standing members, who have supported the YMCA fitness centre, volunteering and fundraising for local events such as the Crouch End Fun Run and 10k which brings together the wider local community and their families.  

It would be hugely detrimental to so many peoples daily lives to lose this facility and its important that our voice be heard, in order to save our fitness centre.
