There are 2 more things you can do that will help a lot and will only take a minute.

1) Share the petition with your friends and the public; and

2) Email Wichita City Council member Maggie Ballard and ask her to vote NO on the application to rezone the green space in north Delano.  Maggie is the 6th District City Council member and this green space is in her district.  The City wants to sell it to a real estate developer, NAI Martens, to build apartments.  We'll lose 40 mature shade trees if this land is re-zoned and the sale goes through.

The other council members defer to the council member in whose district the rezone application is made.  If Maggie Ballard votes No, other council members will too.
