The City Council will vote August 2 whether to rezone the Delano green space and eliminate 40 mature shade trees.  Council members will defer to District 6 Council Member Maggie Ballard because the green space is in District 6.

There are two additonal things you can do that can make a big difference.

1) You can share this petition with friends and ask them to sign.

2) You can email Council Member Ballard and ask her to vote NO on the application to rezone the Delano green space (Case #2022-00011).  Email Council Member Ballard at:   MBallard@wichita.gov.
