There is an Application to develop on the fields off of Blackwell Road in Huthwaite, initially for 9 houses and an access road followed by a further 200 houses. Covering all the land from Blackwell Road up to Chesterfield Road and Strawberry Bank as far down to the farm building. 
so extra cars, safety issues, power, wildlife, water all being affected. It’s vital we stop the 9 being built as that is where the development will stem from.
