I just came from borough council meeting where we were told Omni Fiber asked West Penn for a stop work order on removing our Christmas lights. So for now it seems like we might be ok for this year. West Penn still says we are not in compliance but the two companies are talking and trying to work out a deal that may allow us to keep our lights.
