The MTA as part of their Bus Network Redesign will be eliminating the Q32 Bus stop in both direction(Eastbound and Westbound) on 58th street and Roosevelt Avenue. They claim this is being done for “speed and efficiency” however it does not take into consideration the needs of our community! This bus stop is across the street from two schools (St. Sebastian’s and PS 361Q) in addition to the St Sebastian’s Parish. 

They argue that 61st street is close however they are not considering the current conditions of the 61st street station that is under major construction and very difficult to navigate because of the congestion this creates. 

Please sign this petition and demand the MTA find an alternative to this plan that will impact many members of our community. They are in the final stages of implementation and a strong United front is the only chance our community has to save our bus stop.
