Save Our Bellaire Court Trees

The Issue

The City of Appleton will be reconstructing Bellaire Court's sewer and water in 2025 and the street in 2026. As part of that process, 22 trees are slated for removal. Many of these trees are going to be removed due to their condition or their proximity to utilities. But we have the chance to save 6 trees if the City is willing to work creatively while narrowing the street during reconstruction.

Voting on the street reconstruction plan will take place in the Municipal Services Committee on Monday, October 7. The vote for final approval will take place on October 16.

Please help us save 6 of Bellaire Court's trees by signing this petition. Trees with two orange ribbons tied around them have a chance to be saved. Feel free to forward this to friends of the Court who want to preserve our neighborhood's unique character.

Thank you!
