Save Northgate!

The College Station City Council has an opportunity to preserve and greatly enhance Northgate by selling the city-owned parking lot to a group of Aggie developers with a vision. A vision for a wonderful Entertainment District- without spending a nickel of taxpayer dollars! 

Instead, on January 9th, 6:00pm at City Hall, they might decide to sell the city parking lot behind The Dixie Chicken for yet another student tower- and Northgate will be gone forever! No!

This is why we can’t have nice things! Make your voice heard! We need entertainment options for residents and returning Aggies and this is our chance! 

Tell the City Council that if they sell, it should be developed into an entertainment district with dining, shops, live music, an outdoor plaza, a hotel and parking! 

Northgate is our original downtown. We should preserve and enhance it for generations of Aggies to enjoy! 

The city parking lot is owned by the taxpayers. The decision should be ours.
