57 is, indeed the number of spaces said to be removed by this redesign, on Main Street. The FAQ were confusing as they referred to current outdoor dining spaces used saying there are also 57. Outdoor dining will no longer be in the street - except perhaps on Strong Avenue, which does not seem to count in the redesign's number of removed spaces. According to the Toole report of the 130 total spaces on Main Street 57 spaces will be removed.
