Noor Jehan is captive in a small zoo in Karachi. She is malnourished and suffering agonizing pain due to swelling in her rear knee joints that has spread to her spine and puts extra strain on her front legs, as well as an abnormally enlarged genitalia.

She is seen head pressing and trunk bitting which are signs of severe pain in elephants.

If medical help doesn’t reach her on time, this beautiful young animal may die.
