NHS homeopathic services are under attack by a spurious skeptic group calling itself the 'The Good Thinking Society'. It was started with seed funding from Simon Singh, who has been attacking alternative medicine for many years.
The Good Thinking Society is trying to get rid of all NHS homeopathy throughout Britain. It has threatened the Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) with legal action over its decision to fund referrals to the Liverpool Medical Homeopathy Service and plans to do the same with the Bristol Homeopathic Hospital, the Glasgow Homeopathic Hospital and other NHS homeopathic services throughout Britain. Don’t let this pressure group intimidate and bully CCGs and local Health Authorities to withdraw funding for homeopathy. Make your voice heard! Let policy makers hear the voice of the majority not the minority!
I understand a skeptic pressure group is calling for judicial reviews across Britain of spending on homeopathic medicine for patients.
Please stand up for the rights of these patients who rely on this treatment and don't bow down to these skeptic groups that know very little about homeopathy.
The popularity of homeopathy is growing and people are increasingly demanding Patient Choice that was promised.
Huge savings for the NHS are being made by patients using these services as demonstrated by the Complementary And Alternative Medicines NHS Northern Ireland Pilot Project in 2008.
and the report into NHS savings using homeopathy and CAM by economist Christopher Smallwood
In addition, here is a database of positive homeopathy research studies.
