Thank you for signing the petition to save our Children's Centre.

There are discussions taking place to try and host some of the existing services from the library and/or community centre. However, this isn't yet agreed and due to opening times and other committments, it's hard to imagine all current services could be hosted. Let alone bringing back all the other services that have been withdrawn over recent years. Furthermore, being a new parent can be daunting and having a safe space which is solely dedicated to caring for babies and parents/carers is vital.

Last weekend, we gathered at the Children's Centre to take a photo of people who want to save the Children's Centre to show the Council how many people care. Thank you to those who attended! 

We received feedback that lots more people wanted to take part but needed more notice and a more suitable time/date. We will be in touch soon to ask when you would like that to take place.

In the meantime, please continue to share the petition to show the Council how important it is to SAVE OUR CHILRREN'S CENTRE!
