Just a little update: 

DPI still have an open investigation but have not taken any action. Unfortunately I had a feeling this would happen. After multiple investigations within 20 years she is still getting away with this and her business is still ongoing. This is an appalling outcome from The Department of Primary Industries. What will it take for them to take any action?
