Dear Supporters of Montvale,

Thank you to everyone who signed our petition to stop the proposed development of 68 houses on just 22 acres. Your voices truly made a difference — protecting our community, preserving the safety and character of Maryville, and standing up for the wildlife that calls this land home. Because of you, countless animals get to keep their homes, our neighborhoods remain safer and less congested, and, let’s be honest, we all get to keep a little more of our sanity. Your advocacy and care for this community are what make Maryville such a special place to live.

In a standing room only, jam-packed Council Chambers, the Maryville City Planning Commission unanimously voted to deny the proposal to develop this land. You can read more about the event HERE.
