Dearest Supporters, 

We are thrilled to share with you that after a packed-house City Planning Meeting, our Municipal Planning Commission unanimously rejected the proposed plat for 1407 Montvale Road. This is a huge win for Marvyille and for every one of you! 

We are so grateful to the members of the planning commission for their thoughtful approach to this decision and for protecting the safety of our community. We are also incredibly thankful for the countless community members who showed up and to all of those who spoke. 

Finally, thank YOU for signing this petition, for sharing the mission to save this land, and for believing that when we join forces, we can make a difference.
