Save Miss Vicky's Preschool
The Issue
OUR ONLINE FUND RAISER FOR THE SCHOOL CAN BE FOUND HERE: https://www.gofundme.com/cupvrmb8
Miss Vicky's Preschool founded in 1988 is an educational institution for children 18 months to 5 years, guiding and nurturing in a great school environment. Miss Vicky's will be facing closure due to government harassment and the Minister of Families (MFA) rendering decisions that are unjust.
"Miss Vicky's has served as an essential component to the growth of our youth community in Quebec." - Alumni of Miss Vicky's
:"Not only is Miss Vicky's an excellent example of a school who cares about the children's education development but they are dedicated with their staff. I can go back to that school to this day, and see familiar faces working at the school with a smile on their faces regardless of them fighting to keep the school open." - Rami Farhat Graduating year of 2000.
Changing schools has a psychological effect on a child. It takes them out of their comfort zone and it affects the way they develop as an individual. Not only is it difficult for the child, however, also for the parent. Where are those children going if Miss Vicky's has to close? Day cares are FULL. Does the government care? Do they want their children to be institutionalized?
We are seeking your help and support through this difficult time.
By signing this petition it will bring to light the unjust actions by the Government of Quebec against an educational institution.
