Save Meadow Hill Farm Rescue: An Urgent Call for Support
The Issue
Triecia has been the backbone of Meadow Hill Farm Rescue, located near Charlotte, NC for fourteen years. She is a dedicated and compassionate individual who tirelessly works to provide a forever home for elderly and abused animals. Her commitment to giving these vulnerable creatures a second chance at life is admirable.
Meadow Hill Farm Rescue is at risk of closure due to severe financial constraints. With the increasing costs for medical care, food, and shelter upkeep, the sanctuary is struggling to manage its responsibilities. If we don't act immediately, all the animals who found love, safety, and health at this sanctuary could be at risk of euthanization or return to abusive conditions.

Now because of very severe winter storms that are sweeping up the eastern coast, donations are desperately needed for food, hay and bedding for all the animals at the shelter. There has been wind damage, bringing down more trees onto fences and the pony shelter, so more funds are needed to be able to make these urgent repairs as well. Who out there can give the help, the sanctuary desperately needs? Whatever you can give will be so welcome for the wellbeing of the animals.
As a society, we must understand the value sanctuaries like Meadow Hill bring to animal welfare. According to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA), approximately 6.5 million companion animals enter U.S. animal shelters nationwide every year. Out of these, 1.5 million shelter animals are euthanized. Sanctuaries like Meadow Hill play a critical role in reducing this number by providing a haven for these animals.
Let us come together to prevent this impending disaster by providing Triecia and Meadow Hill Farm Rescue the support they need. Whether through financial contribution or volunteer work, every bit will help in saving the lives of these precious creatures.
Please sign the petition to show your support and donate if you can. Let's rally our voices together for the voiceless ones. Let's save Meadow Hill Farm Rescue! Your signature can save a life.
URGENT d the old animals safe. Is there someone who could donate just $5 each by GoFundMe, link below, or direct to Trecia via her website. Please, please, don't just turn away - $5 probably wouldn't even buy cup of coffee.Update 7/9/2025 There is no grass in the meadow for the animals to graze on, as is usual this time of year, so the animals need more feed, and it is running out fast, much faster than before. Who can help with donations to cover this extra expense, so all the animals can continue to call this place their forever home. Even $5 for each person will go so far.
Please, please, please make a donation, on my GoFundMe as much as you can to help me support Trecia now, when she needs it so much. I started this petition with Trecia's approval to get more awareness of what she does, and the help she needs. Any money I can raise from donations from my GoFundMe goes to Trecia, please be assured.
