WBD will now be under Paramount Skydance after the DOJ approves the sale in about a year from now. With that being said, Looney Tunes doesn't look like it will get sold as of right now! I think WBD has bigger issues right now. 

I will continue to update as this could change once Paramount comes in; anything is possible, so this is not a victory just yet. I doubt Paramount will sell Looney Tunes, but since their merger back in August 2025 with Skydance Studios, Paramount has not been doing well logistically and financially.
