Lone Eagle Grille is a beloved restaurant in Incline Village, connected to the Hyatt Regency. Incline Village is an amazing place with a great community and Lone Eagle Grille is an important part of the area.

It has been there for 30 years and is now set to close to make way for the Nobu Japanese Restaurant. Nobu is a popular high-end chain and with 56 locations worldwide. There is only one Lone Eagle Grille. The Hyatt in Lake Tahoe is a wonderful place, but Lone Eagle Grille has become an integral part of the experience, making it more than just another hotel.
