Yesterday our beloved corgi Buster was hit by a car on 4th, the street that goes up to Cap Sante. He died moments later. 

I have lived on 4th for 19 years, and people speeding up and down Cap Sante has been a problem the entire time. My neighbors and I have spoken about it often. The police have been called many times about racing and vehicles speeding up and down from the lookout. My husband has followed speeders up to the lookout and spoken to them about how dangerous it is to speed through a neighborhood of children and pets.

This issue is only going to become greater once the Cap Sante lookout is expanded/improved. 

We need a 4 way stop at 4th and T. It is currently a 2 way stop, which allows people to build up speed while going up and down to the lookout point.
