Exciting update is the Texas DPS & DMV are supporting the program and I've included Colonel Steven McCraw's (Texas DPS Executive Director & Director of Texas Homeland Security) letter highlighting the positive changes that would occur in the TLETS Database should this pass.

In addition, all 12 members of the Texas Governors Committee on People with Disabilities have voted unanimously to support this bill come Jan 2025!
