Prevent Development of Lot 45, Block 28, Little Silver, Monmouth County, NJ

Location: Wooded wetlands between White Rd & Standish Rd

One of the few remaining and open space largest open spaces in the Borough of Little Silver has currently been listed for sale and in the process of seeking approval to tear down the wooded 4-acre lot and build 5 single family homes.

We are asking the Little Silver Mayor & Council to explore using the Borough’s Open Space fund to save this environmentally sensitive open space.
