Kashmiri Pandits have always been at the forefront when ever there was an issue of national interest.Kashmiri Pandits were butchered, murdered,plundered,raped and forced to flee from their homes in Kashmir in 1990's and the massacre of Kashmiri pandits has not stopped yet.

Every other day we are hearing the gruesome murders of Kashmiri Pandits by the hands of radicalised Jihadi Kashmiri Terrorists.

The Kashmiri pandits always supported the Central government even when the central government was thinking to repeal article 370 and wished that it would result into a new beginning for them and all their wounds in the past years will get healed to some extent.

Under Prime minister employment package,the Kashmiri pandits opted for jobs in the Kashmir valley on the assurance of the Congress and now the BJP government that security and accommodation will be provided to them.

The Kashmiri pandits wards left their high paying jobs across the country to serve their mother land Kashmir but the BJP which is now in power failed miserably in fulfilling its promises.

The killings of various Kashmiri Pandits like Mr.Bindroo,the Teachers belonging to Sikh community and Jammu Dogras and now Mr.Rahul who were all killed while performing their duties is very tragic as these were all part and parcel of Kashmiri Pandit,Hindu and sikh society.

Not even this,in the year 2020,the Government also introduced SRO 192/194 in PM Package Jobs which was arbitrary and completely unethical as the reason being this SRO causes the loss of Pay.In this only basic pay will be given and no TA,DA,HRA nothing which has caused burden on the Kashmiri pandits as they have to shun a large chunk of their salaries on the accommodation which government failed to provide.

On the assurance of the then government,the Kashmiri pandits were made to sign a surety bond which states that they will never leave the valley and will work there.

In addition to this,with the killing of Sh.Rahul Bhat that too in Tehsildar office which also happens to be an SDM office ,the terrorists barged there in broad day light and murdered him and the humanity as well which is a big blot on the face of the entire government machinery and raises questions on the government machinery.

Yesterday, in Peaceful protests held by Kashmiri pandits,the Kashmiri pandits were bestowed by Lathicharges and tear gas shells.

The whole kashmiri pandit community is in complete distress and that bond seems to be a Bounded labour too.

This petition aims at requesting the Government of India to transfer all PM package employees to Jammu,repealing of that arbitrary service bonds and as well as repealing the arbitrary SRO 192/194 that not only have become an economic burden to the whole kashmiri pandit employees but have also denied their rights to life bestowed upon them by the Indian constitution.
