Full demolition of Legion Pool’s bathhouse and adjacent buildings began on March 5 and was completed on March 6. None of these structures remain. In connection with a motion filed on March 3, an initial application for a Temporary Restraining Order requiring the Board of Regents to maintain the status quo and temporarily halt demolition at the Legion Pool property, including demolition of the bath house, pavilion and pool, was denied. A hearing was set for March 13. We continue to fight on.
