Please reconsider shuttering Albie's Beef Inn. San Diego needs unique historic sites like Albie's, that both locals and tourists look forward to visiting. We don't need another chain restaurant that can be found in any other city at any other Travelodge.

Albie's is a place where couples have been celebrating their anniversaries and birthday's for decades. There's no other place like it in San Diego. 

Please renegotiate a reasonable lease.
