A most welcome development ...

In an open letter to Hertfordshire County Council, the much-acclaimed artists Bob & Roberta Smith and Jessica Voorsanger write to protest against the sale of artworks from Hertfordshire's Schools Art Loan Collection.

They ask Hertfordshire Council to accept two of their drawings - 'Art Makes Children Powerful' and 'The Whole World is an Art School.'

They encourage the Council to contact them to discuss a plan to save the artworks for 'the Nation's children'. 

They also encourage their followers to sign this Petition.
