Hi all,
COURT
Just a quick update on where we are with the campaign, the personal litigant is back in court tomorrow for a final hearing. This hearing is like the first assessment to see if we can go to a judicial review with the case. This is the second date with the Judge and a decision will be made tomorrow if we can proceed. If we can, it will be a lot of work and we will certainly need to run a bigger crowdfunder. If we do not get permission to go forward we will need to look at other options. All prayers and good energy for tomorrow please. It is one man having the full weight of the Department thrown at him, with a full legal team- which by the way is being paid for by our taxes to defend bad decision making.
MEDIA COVERAGE
We have got some fantastic coverage by the Irish News last week, we made front page on Thursday and another piece on Friday.
Front page Thursday if you missed it...please get on and retweet or share these pieces or thank the Irish news.

POSTCARD CAMPAIGN
We now have a new postcard: TUESDAY BREAD & BANJO Ormeau road at 5-7pm campaign launching, we are sending printed postcards to SF offices up and down the country and we need help writing and sending them out. We are highlighting this issue within the party. You cannot call Heaney a 'National Treasure' on the one hand, and obliterate what he pleaded with you to save on the other. Would you like some postcards to send out? let us know. Meantime up in the area of lough beg trees and hedges are being cut down to make way for this road. unless we stand together to stop will go ahead in March, when the Whooper Swan season is over.
We need your help.
