Please give what you can to help legal fees

With a legal challenge already active, the campaign has very little financial clout at this moment in time. The challenge is predicated upon very compelling and frankly, concerning environmental information, which we believe renders the development of this particular route unlawful. With significant evidence pointing to a clear contravention of EU and international law, this is something that judicial system must contend with before any development is allowed to proceed. A personal litigant is taking this action to court, however, this individual, potentially may be liable for anything up to £6,000 and the campaign community is keen to ensure that burden is shared. Should this judicial review be successful those fees will be waived and the process towards a high court action will commence. Please give what you can to help out with the legal (and other costs) of this campaign. If everyone on this petition managed to contribute something, it would stand the campaign in good stead.
