Every year we host events to share the amazing live entertainment venues we have here in Hamilton Field - left in disrepair since the late 1990s. But wait, we have good news! Novato Park & Recreation has shared it has a new budget to make improvements to the Hamilton Amphitheater Park. Progress is so sweet! 

OUR NEXT EXCITING EVENT - TO BUILD COMMUNITY AWARENESS

Join us for the 3rd Annual Opera in the Hamilton Amphitheater. Please donate what you can on Eventbrite - since we are still trying to raise $2,000 more to cover the costs of this upcoming outdoor event.

WHEN:

September 13, 2025 (4 PM - 6 PM)

PLEASE NOTE: Sound check will be from 3 PM - 4 PM, then the performance including one 20 minute intermission will be from 4 PM - 6 PM. PS. The sound check is just as fun as the performance, and you are welcome to watch.

PERFORMERS:

Featured is Richard Alexandre Rittelmann, Baritone, from the Opéra National de Paris, France who will perform operetta selections with coloratura soprano Shawnette Sulker, coloratura soprano Lila Khazoum, mezzo soprano Courtney Miller, and mezzo soprano Rachel Walter Steiner, and tenor Claudio Santome, accompanied by pianist and music director Jerry Kuderna.

KIDS ACTIVITIES:

Fun for the Whole Family! Children's activities (Opera face painting, coloring, opera education, and more) will be from 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

FOOD & REFRESHMENTS:

Wait, there is more! Welcome back Chef Rudy. Enjoy authentic Italian delights from Chef of C'era Una Volta Catering - serving authentic Italian.  Complimentary sweets served at intermission.

$20 donation tickets are on sale (but any amount wold be greatly appreciated). Help us raise the rest of the funds for this annual event. All donations are tax deductible as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, #88-3063714.  Your donation contributes to a bigger cause to get the word out about the Hamilton Theater, and the need for a community live performing arts venue in our town.
