Our members, officers, and directors have been many things: competitors, partners, colleagues, mentors, and even friends. There has been so much relationship damage that has happened in the last 14 months. Our diplomacy skills, the very skills that Realtors are famous for, have been tested. At this time, after multiple members have indicated a change of tone and focus, we aim to look more closely at what is the root of this apparent divide.

The signers for the new petition are simply asking the board to hold a confidential session, without the influence of [Redacted], so that our officers and directors may fully understand the depth of concerns. These are concerns that many of our members feel, and a handful of members have been so persistently trying to convey. Our officers and directors need information- they need a full review of the CEO performance to date, and to space to consider all of the contingency plans available to them. We are not stuck. Our officers and directors alone have the power to be the hero of this story.
We should remember- our officers and directors are dues-paying members who are volunteering their time, and they were elected by us. Please give them your support.
