Dear fellow community members,

I am sorry to report that we have lost our fight to stop irresponsible development in Greece, NY. The parcel of land located at 3500 Latta Rd. (55+ acres) has been approved to be clear-cut and developed into over 200 rental units. Further, the property located at the corner of Latta and Flynn Roads has been purchased by a developer. We worked so hard, but unfortunately, our voices were left unheard. 

Only time will tell how these projects will change the landscape of Greece, NY forever diminishing our community to an area lacking the beauty of green space. Continue to fight and be proactive.
