On the docket again: Latta and Flynn multifamily unit development proposal 

Meeting Announcement: Proposal for the corner of Latta and Flynn Rds. The proposal includes "a residential development of a mix of single-family patio homes and low-rise multifamily townhomes." This will be in addition to the 260 rental units less than a mile down the road at 3500 Latta Rd.
