Cedar Fair, owners of Great America Theme Park have recently sold the property rights for Great America. They have until 2030 to relocate the attractions from the park. We have contacted Cedar Fair with the intent of having the parks attractions relocated to a new theme park in Fresno California called The Heart of California.

 The valley See's over 4 million tourists visiting landmarks like Yosemite, our local wineries, and national forests, and beautiful beaches all within an hour from Fresno. Tourists have to travel over 6 hours to southern California for theme parks. 

 The Heart of California plans to change that. The Heart of California will be a multi themed amusement park showcasing the beauties of California. Within reach of Interstate 5, highway 99, and plans to have direct access to the High Speed Rail.

We have contacted Cedar Fair with the interest of them controlling the park and supplying the park with amusement rides from Great America. They have responded with a lack of interest in the project at this time. We hope this petition will show them the public interest in the project and hopefully they will reconsider the project, or other investors will join our project.
