Graham Woods Permit Issued -- Experts and Advocates Needed Now to Save UF Forest!

Late last month, UF was issued a permit by the St. Johns River Water Management District to destroy Graham Woods, but there is hope to save this critical ecosystem.  Concerned citizens wish to bring a legal challenge to the permit, and have 10 days left to do so, but they need YOUR help!

These supporters of Graham Woods are looking for experts in the fields of stormwater management, archeology, forestry, botany, biology, entomology, environmental engineering, ecosystem health, water quality, wetlands, or any other related field.  Such experts are being asked to review the SJRWMD permit and provide reports and/or testimony regarding why Graham Woods deserves to be protected, and how the permit is lacking such consideration.

The campaign also needs other volunteers, including lawyers and social media promoters, to help stop the devastation before it is too late.  If you would like to participate in protecting one of UF's last remaining historic forests, please email SaveGrahamWoods@gmail.com as soon as possible.
