*Edit - One year later.. still nothing about this "temporary" closing

We were told this close of Give and Take would be temporary, but it's been anything but that. 

The students of BYU Hawaii and the community need Give and Take. Many of the current students probably don't even know what resource they are missing out on.

It's official, Give and Take will be closing. The closure is currently temporary, but a new location has not yet been determined. 

The Give and Take opened 10 years ago this month, saving us students hundreds of dollars in clothes and necessities. It is a 100% service-based payment thrift store that allows students to get the items for free while also getting involved in sustainable practice. The items come directly from the loving Laie community and are sorted by students. There has never been a time when the Give and Take didn't have something to give back to campus. 

I am graduating this semester, and I can't let the students coming in after not have this amazing place. So many of our international students have found the exact items they need for their families and I was blessed by the items I found there. 

Using this petition, I hope to highlight how important Give and Take is. A 'temporary' closure needs to be very, very temporary. If a new location is not found quickly, many students will lose out on lots of money. Let's save Give and Take!!
