We are angry and upset! Someone complained to the City about the holiday decorations of the Beetlejuice House on Flower St. in Historic Floral Park (Santa Ana, CA). The Herrera's house went viral in October due to their award-winning Halloween Decorations fashioned after the movie Beetlejuice. One of its main features were handmade arches that went down the length of their sidewalk. Because it took weeks and hundreds of man hours to construct, they decided to creatively "repurpose" the arches into a fantastic CANDY CANE LANE for Christmas! With the extremely high winds today (Nov 20th) one of the arches fell down and before they could fix it, someone complained to the city. The city has now told the Herrera's the arches must come down! These are truly fantastic and fantastically creative decorations that bring folks from all over to come and see. And with all the amazing decorations throughout the city, why are the Herrera's singled out to take their arches down, simply because of one nasty neighbor!?  This couple goes out of their way every Halloween and Christmas to bring a truly spectacular Holiday display to our neighborhood and our community!
